Suzzett's Fabric opened as an online quilt fabric shop in 2007.  We quickly transitioned to a full time quilt shop serving the Dallas/Fort Worth and Waco Interstate 35 corridor.  In 2018, we began offering Longarm Quilting services and  started the process of downsizing our quilt shop inventory.   We continue to offer fabric, notions, quilt patterns and batting at this time. ​

From I35E take the Hwy 34 Exit toward the town of Italy. Look for the big white water tower and Auto Parts store downtown Italy on the right side of the road.  Turn right at the Auto Parts store onto South Ward Street.  Follow South Ward out of town to 200 Hamrock Road. South Ward makes two curves. The first curve is to the right onto George Scott Blvd. and the second turn is to the left onto Hamrock Road. The shop is located behind the first white rock house on the right on Hamrock Road. There is a white mailbox at the end of the driveway leading to the shop behind our house. The shop is located in the metal building with the front porch facing Hamrock Road.
